Retail Team Leader
Location: Greens of Kilbarchan
Start Date: Immediate Starts Available
Salary: £13,50 per hour
Contract: 30 hours per week, 4 days per week, regular overtime available
This role requires flexible shift availability for a variety of shifts .

Overview:
Greens of Kilbarchan is looking for a motivated and responsible Retail Team Leader to join our friendly local team. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining high store standards, and supporting our team to deliver exceptional service to the Kilbarchan community.

The role:
As a Team Leader, you will support the management team by running shifts effectively and motivating your colleagues. This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn’t shy away from a challenge. Your typical day will involve the following:
- Delivering excellent customer experience.
- Creating a positive working environment.
- Prioritising workload to ensure store standards are exceptional and motivating the team to ensure tasks are completed.
- Building strong links with the local community and participating in local initiatives.
- Ensuring a clean, swift, and efficient operation, complying with all Health & Safety regulations and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Essential Food Retail Experience
- Supervisory Experience is preferred, but we value leadership potential and provide full coaching.
- A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for retail.
