1.Sales Assistant:
Join our team as a Sales Assistant and be the friendly face of Greens Retail, playing a crucial role in the daily operations of the store.
Hours: Part-Time, 16 hours per week
Availability: Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential.
Salary: £10 - £12.21 per hour (rate depends on age and experience in line with National Minimum Wage guidelines)
Age Requirement: Must be 18+ due to age-restricted sales such as tobacco and alcohol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer experience by serving in a professional, friendly manner.
- Maintaining exceptional store standards.
- Creating a positive working environment.
- Efficiently replenishing stock and completing other regular operational tasks.
2.Team Leader:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to step into a Team Leader role, helping to drive the store's success and inspire the team.
Hours: Part-Time, 16 hours per week
Availability: Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential.
Salary: £13 per hour
Age Requirement: Must be 18+ due to age-restricted sales such as tobacco and alcohol.
Experience is preferred though not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer experience.
- Creating a positive working environment.
- Prioritising workload to ensure store standards are exceptional and motivating the team to ensure tasks are completed.
- Building strong links with the local community and participating in local initiatives.
- Ensuring a clean, swift, and efficient operation, complying with all Health & Safety regulations and operational procedures.
