Post Office Counter Clerk / Sales Assistant
Location: Greens of Banchory
Start Date: Immediate Starts Available
Pay: £ 12.82 (Rate depends on age in line with April 2026 NMW guidelines)
Contract: Part time available (16-20 hours per week)
Shifts: 2–3 shifts per week (Mon–Fri 9am–5:30pm and Sat 9am–1pm)
Post Office experience is greatly preferred though not essential as full training will be provided.

The Role
We are looking for a professional and friendly Post Office Counter Clerk to join our team at Greens of Banchory. You will be providing essential services to the local community, from handling mail and parcels to processing financial transactions. While Post Office experience is greatly preferred, it isn't essential as full training will be provided.
Your typical day will involve:
- Delivering a professional and friendly experience for every customer.
- Handling mail, parcels, and various Post Office transactions with accuracy.
- Advising customers on the best services to meet their needs (e.g., postage options).
- Ensuring all Post Office security and cash-handling procedures are followed strictly.
