Hospitality Associate (Seasonal)
Location: Lomond Hills Hotel, Freuchie, Cupar, KY15 7EY
Duration: ASAP until the end of September (with potential for extension)
Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week (with frequent opportunities for 10-20 hours)
Pay: £10.80 - £12.71 per hour
Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years or older

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a versatile and reliable Hospitality Associate to join our team for the summer season. This is a multi-functional role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work across three key areas: Reception, Housekeeping, and Front of House (Bar/Restaurant).
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services (Reception):
- Providing a warm, professional welcome at the front desk.
- Managing guest check-ins/check-outs and handling inquiries.
- Answering phone calls and managing email reservations.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks and online review responses.
Housekeeping Support:
- Ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Assisting with room turnarounds, including changing linen and replenishing amenities.
- Maintaining a keen eye for detail to ensure a comfortable environment for our guests.
Bar & Restaurant Support:
- Serving food and beverages with a friendly and attentive approach.
- Assisting with table service and clearing during busy periods.
- Ensuring the bar and dining areas remain clean, tidy, and welcoming.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner.
- The ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Previous experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. A willingness to learn is essential!
