Finance Manager
We are looking for a finance manager who will be overseeing our existing team and working to assist in all accounting / finance aspects of the business. Duties include overseeing cash reconciliations, billing, forecasting, credit control, producing MI and working directly with our finance director on all aspects of finance and accounting across the business.
Given the Group’s rapid growth in diverse sectors, Glenshire House in Kirkcaldy is an extremely fast paced environment with the directors responsible for overall operating of the existing business interests as well as regular brand and product launches. The successful candidate must be able to support within this environment and work towards the group’s success.
Responsibilities
- Working with the accounts team to ensure all accounting aspects are kept up to date
- Ensuring all billing is being processed on a weekly basis and ensuring credit control is closely monitored as per guidelines
- Adjusting processes in relation to cash reconciliations and invoicing processing where needed.
- Working with suppliers on any issues with invoices, credits and adjustments that will need to be made
- Ensuring monthly MI is completed in a timely manner and reporting to the Finance Director
