Glenshire Group is a Scottish family-owned conglomerate based in Fife. The Group was established in 2020 to consolidate various existing business interests spanning multiple sectors operating within various sectors including Retail (Greens Retail), Hospitality, Property, Pizza Hut delivery and Frozen Drinks (Skwishee).

 

Facilities Administrator what?

Ensuring all repairs, maintenance and works for all Greens Retail sites are carried out swiftly and cost effectively. Oversee and ensure all Group facilities are up to date, cost effective and efficient - including e.g. alarms, phone lines, waste removal ect.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify repairs and maintenance for the business
  • Liaise with stores with regards to repairs, maintenance and facilities providers to ensure swift and cost effective services is provided
  • Maintain an approved list of suppliers which we can attain and use when required
  • Ensuring health and safety measures are in place
  • Quotations from subcontractors on required works
  • When required, ensuring that all works quotations are submitted through approval max.
  • Order materials from time to time
  • Liaise with Skwishee stockists in relation to orders and repairs
  • Liaise with facilities providers to ensure swift and cost effective service.
  • Keep alarm lists up to date and ensure that codes are changed on a regular basis

What do I need?

  • Excellent communication, written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure prioritising and multi-tasking
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good organisational skills
